Growth Marketing Specialist
vokabl is building a world-class platform for teaching and learning languages.
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to help us grow vokabl, build a strong and engaged community, and make sure our students and teachers have a great experience on the platform.
This is a hands-on, varied role for someone who enjoys both marketing and working with people. You'll help us reach new audiences, create meaningful engagement, communicate with our community and turn interested people into active students.
What you'll be doing:
- Helping develop and execute vokabl's growth marketing strategy
- Working on SEO, social media, email marketing and content distribution
- Turning our content into opportunities to attract new students
- Building and engaging our community of students and teachers
- Communicating with users, understanding their needs and collecting feedback
- Supporting the student experience and helping improve engagement and retention
- Coming up with creative ideas, testing what works and learning from the results
- Exploring new ways to grow vokabl's visibility and reach
What we're looking for:
- Someone who enjoys communication, creativity and connecting with people
- Curious about digital marketing, growth and community building
- Reliable, proactive and comfortable taking ownership
- Someone who likes experimenting, learning and finding solutions
- Comfortable using AI tools to work smarter and move faster
- Organised and able to manage different tasks and priorities
- Passionate about languages, education or building something meaningful
